Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for a custom Avenwood case to be finished?
We normally need 1-3 business days for the preview. As soon as you are satisfied and order the case, we will engrave it on the next business day and ship it via A-Post.
When you submit your request, you will receive a link so that you can track the status of your request.
Does a preview of a custom case cost anything?
No, you can request a preview completely without obligation. Only once you are satisfied will you receive an order link and be able to officially order the case.
What image quality is required?
The better the quality of your template, the more details our graphic designers can work out for you and your phone case will be personalized.
In most cases, phone photos are completely sufficient and an excellent result can be achieved.
For which mobile phone models can I have a custom design made?
You can choose any model from our range.
In the case designer, simply select the appropriate phone model for your smartphone case. For most models, we also offer back cases, flip cases (phone cases with an additional flap), or cases with phone chains.
Does shipping cost anything?
No — shipping is free throughout Switzerland. Delivery within 1–2 business days.
Perfect protection with your phone case
The base of our phone cases is a black silicone phone case. The soft rubber ensures phone cases with perfect protection. On the back of the case as a back cover, a piece of bamboo is inserted, which we then engrave with your photo in the event of an order. If you choose a flip case for your phone, the case will be engraved on the front. This way you get a personalized phone case with the best protection for your phone.
