For direct returns or exchanges, please register your return online:

If you request a refund, we will offer you a voucher worth the purchase price for the Avenwood Online Shop or issue a refund.

You can return new and unused products within 30 days and receive a full refund. Custom cases with their own design are excluded.

Please note that we will deduct a processing fee of 10% of the purchase price for a refund (administration and processing fees). No processing fee is charged for a refund issued as an Avenwood voucher.

You will receive the return address for the return in the confirmation email after registering the return.
