BERN Samsung Galaxy S20 Back Case

The Back Case for the Samsung Galaxy S20

This case is made of high-quality black plastic with a section of genuine bamboo set into the back. This is finished with a precise Avenwood engraving featuring your desired design. The plastic has a slight texture, making it very easy to grip and ensuring that your Samsung Galaxy S20 won't slip out of your hand. The plastic is soft, allowing it to absorb impacts without breaking when dropped. This case will be with you for a long time and will likely outlast your smartphone. This wooden case is one of the few cases that becomes more beautiful with use than when it is new: the engraving becomes increasingly distinct and the wood develops a beautiful patina.

The camera cutout is designed so that all cameras fit perfectly.

Sturdy and slim

The bamboo wood cover fits your Samsung phone exactly and fully encloses it. Thanks to the combination of wood and plastic, the phone case is very light (approx. 20 grams) and only a few millimeters thick. The bamboo back is flat-sanded with slightly rounded edges. It protects your smartphone against impacts and simply looks incredibly good. The edges of the smartphone are ideally protected, and the buttons are easily accessible while also being perfectly protected by the plastic. At the top and bottom, the case extends slightly over the glass to ensure that the front is also well protected.

The engraving

Your desired design is engraved into the wood using a laser in the canton of Aargau. During this process, the bamboo darkens, the design is burned into the wood, and the grain of the eco-friendly raw material becomes visible. Each case is therefore unique, as every grain pattern is different. The bamboo case is a great natural product that also offers the benefit of excellent protection thanks to its plastic frame. Please note that the engraving result looks different on every wooden case. This means that certain parts may appear lighter or darker. This has nothing to do with the quality of the engraving, but depends solely on the bamboo wood. If the engraving on your wooden case is slightly lighter at first, it will become darker with use.
