The Avenwood wooden case for the iPhone 17 is available in several designs made from real wood: as a slim back case with a bamboo back, as an elegant flip case with a bamboo front and genuine leather strip, as a lanyard case for wearing around your neck, and as a walnut back case with MagSafe. The iPhone 17 is the most compact model in the range – the slim wooden case accentuates its lightweight, compact design rather than adding bulk. You can choose each case plain or with your own personal, custom-designed motif, which we laser-engrave into the wood. This makes your case unique – and even more beautiful over time, as the engraving becomes more pronounced and the wood develops a warm patina.

The black plastic frame is soft and flexible and absorbs impacts without breaking in the event of a fall. The camera cutout is precisely tailored to the iPhone 17's camera configuration: all lenses remain unobstructed, the flash is not covered, and there is a perfectly fitted cutout for the Camera Control button.

Back case – slim and lightweight

The bamboo back case is precisely cut to fit the iPhone 17, measuring just a few millimetres in thickness and weighing particularly little (approx. 32 g). The bamboo back is flat-sanded and tapers to a slightly rounded edge – making the iPhone comfortable to hold. The edges are ideally protected, the buttons remain easily accessible, and the integrated shock-absorbing honeycomb pattern in the plastic provides additional cushioning. The case extends slightly above the display at the top and bottom, protecting the front as well if the iPhone lands on its screen. Because the case also extends slightly around the camera module, your iPhone 17 will not wobble when placed face down.

Flip case – elegant with a genuine leather strip and card slot

The flip case combines protection and style: the bamboo front, combined with a fine strip of black genuine leather, gives your iPhone 17 an elegant look – and features your personal laser engraving on the front. The folding cover also protects the display from scratches and impacts. Inside, you'll find a card slot for one or two of your most important cards. An integrated magnet in the cover ensures a secure closure – without an intrusive flap and without affecting your cards. The shock-resistant frame is identical to that of the back case, fully encloses your iPhone 17, and all cutouts for buttons and ports are precisely positioned.

Lanyard case – your iPhone worn around your neck

The lanyard case is based on the slim bamboo back case and comes with a strap that allows you to wear your iPhone 17 comfortably around your neck. Walnut back case with MagSafe

Walnut is an elegant, dark hardwood with warm brown tones and distinctive grain – striking and premium. The walnut case is available as a slim back case – and you can choose your motif just as freely as with the bamboo cases.

You can choose to have your case plain or with your own personal motif. For the engraving, we laser-burn your chosen motif directly into the wood in the canton of Aargau. This darkens the wood, makes the motif stand out, and reveals the natural grain. This is exactly what makes every wooden case unique: because every grain pattern is different, your iPhone 17 case is a true one-of-a-kind piece.

Please note: the engraving will look slightly different on each case. Some areas may appear lighter or darker. This is not a quality issue, but is simply due to the natural wood. If your engraving looks slightly lighter at first: it will become darker and more pronounced with use.
