The Avenwood wooden case for the iPhone 17e is available in four versions made from real wood: as a slim back case with a bamboo back, as an elegant flip case with a bamboo front and genuine leather strip, as a crossbody case with a strap, and as a walnut back case with MagSafe. The iPhone 17e is the most compact and affordable model in the iPhone 17 series and now supports MagSafe – the slim wooden case accentuates its compact size rather than adding bulk. You can choose each case plain or with your own personal, custom-designed motif, which we engrave into the wood using a laser. This makes your case unique – and even more beautiful over time, as the engraving becomes more pronounced and the wood develops a warm patina.

The black plastic frame is soft and flexible and absorbs impacts without breaking in the event of a fall. The camera cutout is precisely aligned with the iPhone 17e's 48-MP camera: the lens remains unobstructed, and the flash is also left uncovered.

Back case – slim and lightweight

The bamboo back case is precisely tailored to the iPhone 17e, only a few millimetres thick and exceptionally lightweight. The bamboo back is flat-sanded and tapers into a slightly rounded edge – making the iPhone comfortable to hold. The edges are ideally protected, the buttons remain easily accessible, and the integrated shock-absorbing honeycomb pattern in the plastic provides additional cushioning. The case extends slightly above the display at the top and bottom, protecting the front as well if the iPhone lands on its screen. Because the case also protrudes slightly around the camera module, your iPhone 17e will not wobble when placed face down.

Flip case – elegant with a genuine leather strip and card slot

The flip case combines protection and style: the bamboo front, combined with a fine strip of black genuine leather, gives your iPhone 17e an elegant look – and features your personal laser engraving on the front. The folding cover also protects the display from scratches and impacts. Inside, you'll find a card slot for one or two of your most important cards. An integrated magnet in the cover ensures a secure closure – without an intrusive flap and without interfering with your cards. The impact-resistant frame is identical to that of the back case, fully encloses your iPhone 17e, and all cutouts for buttons and ports are precisely positioned.

Crossbody case – your iPhone with a strap

The crossbody case is based on the slim bamboo back case and comes with a strap that allows you to wear your iPhone 17e comfortably around your neck or shoulder. Walnut is an elegant, dark hardwood with warm brown tones and distinctive grain – striking and premium. This is the only version with an integrated MagSafe magnetic ring: you can charge your iPhone 17e wirelessly and attach MagSafe accessories such as chargers, wallets, or mounts with a single click. The walnut case is available as a slim back case – and you can choose your motif just as freely as with the bamboo cases.

Your personal engraving – engraved in the canton of Aargau

You can choose whether you want your case plain or with your own personal motif. For the engraving, we burn your custom motif directly into the wood using a laser in the canton of Aargau. The wood darkens, the motif stands out, and the natural grain becomes visible. This is exactly what makes each wooden case unique: because every grain pattern is different, your iPhone 17e case is a true one-of-a-kind piece.

Please note: the engraving will look slightly different on each case, and bamboo and walnut react differently to the laser. Some areas may appear lighter or darker. This is not a quality issue, but is simply due to the natural characteristics of the wood. If your engraving appears slightly lighter at first: it will become darker and more pronounced with use.
